"Party"

This cute girl was born here June 1, 2007 to Joy. As soon as the little ones started sitting up, this one caught my eye. I didn't think I was going to be able to keep a pup, but my hubby surprised me & said I could. I was extremely pleased. She started out life as Grace because of the "blessing spot" on her head, but in trying to decide a name, a song came out by the Christian group Newsboys with the refrain in it "Hands up, all around here. Let's get this party in gear. We want the world to know, wherever we go, that's where the party's at". In thinking about all the fun Sky and Joy bring to my life, I thought that the name "Party" would fit in quite well.

My husband has always helped out with the dogs, but never really got that interested. However, he has fallen in love with Party. It is so fun to watch them together.

Probably the first thing you'll notice about Party is that she has one ice blue eye and one hazel/brown eye.

It'll be wonderful watching her grow up. Her mom, Joy, uncle Sky, and Emmy are keeping her entertained. Party is as smart and agile as her mother. Another dog joined us in October, Storm, from my first litter bred under the Zion kennel name. Party adores Storm as a little child adores their grandparents.

Working on going forward. By using the little toy bunny, we'll be able to transfer the "get the bunny" to agility.

Party turned 6 months and left home to play "show dog" with Joy's favorite people Linda Wilson and Kimber Shields of Briarbrook Australian Shepherds.
